bila2 ada masa nanti aku pegi cerita kat ko mcm mana nak manage berat badan..tapi ko kena disiplin lah buat tu..nak stori kat internet ni payah sikit sbb ada pengiraan bagai..

bila2 ko turun s.alam roger la aku.. aku pulak nak tambah berat..hahaha

betol lah mas.. sb tu faza pulun tak ingat skrg ni..alhamdulillah, lagi 3 kg to go..hehehhe..senaman je kuncinya..dan kurangkan kuantiti makan satu masa..tp leh ulang2...
