alhamdulillah it was a wonderful experience!
this was her first visit to dentist...
 she felt very comfortable and actually had fun while she was there
the doc was so gentle, pandai amek hati kanak2
he kept telling danisha stories
sampai danisha lgsg x nmpk jarum besar tu haha
yess...kene injek kat gusi...scary wooo...mama tgk pun takut heee
im so glad coz she had a great first experience...
yeaaa...first time wehh hahaha...mama x pena bawak gi dentist
sebab mama pun scary ngan dentist gak hahahaha

the doc is highly recommended...pesona melaka

ephyra~review dari hati ikhlas!

hahhaaa...sgtlaa POYO nyeer tajuk tu kan

actually,i seldom review anything about products
kec kalau betul2 rase ok huhuuu
almost 3 weeks makan ephyra n hasilnyaaa!!
sgt2laaa OK.....alhamdulillah...tu sebab nak share dgn korang ni huhu...

why i choose ephyra?
coz my fren said her jeragat berkurang OK!!
jeragat...yaaa jeragat...!!i dun have pimples...
but jeragat n bintik hitam menghantui ku hahahaa
so i decided to try it!!and unbelievable!!
after a week try, my face became so soft!!
n i can stop drinking kopi radix..

coz ephyra made me full of energy hahhaa
statement x boleh blah kaaan???

 dun worry im not selling ephyra OK haha
then after around 2 weeks, i realized my jeragat sedikit kurang

x tahula jeragat jenis ape muke ai ni tau
die mcm ade timbul sikit....meaning that bile kite sentuh muke
die x licin......sesetengah org nye jeragat die cume tompok x timbul
mine timbul sikit tp x dela mcm jerawat tu
jeragat x hilang lg...tp i can see dia dah  x timbul sgt lg huhuuu

and the most important thing,
mukaku dah x mengelupas lg!!!!yahooooooo!!!

susah OK!i had been trying many products before...

muke sensitif memang payah
asek mengelupas je...macam baby plak asek salin kulit hahaha
n last but not least...ekzema di jariku sudah berkurangan
alhamdulillah dgn izin ALLAH, dpt jua ku atasinye

how to stop kopii??

oohhh frustrated!! diet ku ke laut huuuuuu....
from 72++ to 68++ in 2 weeks
then static till now...tp ade baju yg x muat da bole pakai lol...

alhamdulillah...tp i'm so jeles with others ok
2 months bole turun berkilo2 beb

i think this is my own fault

yes, im not so strict like others...

the most difficult part is to avoid kopi radix

yeaaa i minum kopi radix every morning...

bile x minum rase sakit kepala n badan pun cam lemau...

whyla...whylaa...whyla...anyone yg tau knp?
tu yg payah..satu paket je dah 18 carbs
sedangkan cume 20g carbs allowed per day.

conclusionnye  i have to stop my kopi radix haha
but the problem is i feel headache n lemau lorrr...
any suggestion how to stop this kopi??without sakit kepale?

x kan mak nak mkn panadol kot??ohhh tidakk
its really hard tau...x mkn nasi oklaa lg...
x minum kopi sakit kepale makkk aiii

yeaaa i'm totally respect with my frens in DA grup.
they are very strict...even minyak masak..gula semua control

now my sugar level is 5.2....alhamdulillah
before ni kdg 7...kdg 8...so i think this is the best way to control my sugar
and of kos can reduce my weight also!
