how to kuwusss?

adooiii mak malu..malu nak tgk gambar
malu nak tgk cemin
hahaha sebab terserlah segala lemak2 tepu mcm preggY pulak....
 I need to force myself to do something
uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
says NO to rice? i dun think i can do dat =(
kurangkan mayb bolela..so ape yg bole aku buat?
1.nak kurangkan nasi..bukan x makan yer
2.makan malam before 7pm
3.puasa sunat...selain leh kurus,bole jugak berdoa byk..
doa org berpuasa ni makbul,insyaALLAH
4.kayuh basikal kat rumah ni at least 20 min sehari..
penat mak adiahkan basikal ni tau huhu
5.says NO to air gas
6.kurangkan air manessss
itujela kot..trY ni dulu...diet tuk sihat bukan tuk canteekkk je

Mas, faza pon wat mcm mas.alhamdulillah, dh dapat Turun 7 kg dalam masa 2 bulan.. Jgn tak ambik nasi,nnti masuk angin;(

huuhu..kan..x tau mcm mane org bole x makan nasi langsung..x lapar ke agakknye huhu..azam tiap taun tp x berubah jugak..tp kali ni nak force jugak!sebab lemak dah tepu sgt hehehee

bg akak la, dr mana2 sumber y akk bcer la psl org2 yg extremely nk diet and desperately nak kurus...mmg kena AVOID nasi...boleh mkn nsi tp sekali dlm 3 hr jek...mmg xde pilihan...lg satu musuh utama bg org y nak kurus ialah...bkn makanan ...tapi ialah SIKAP sndiri...cube baca blog saifulislam, ustaz hasrizal pun diet gak tuk kurus...leh ikut cara dia...

sekali dlm 3 hari??mas makan 2 kali sehari huhu....tula memang kene kurangkan makan nasi jugak ni....ok kak,thanks for the info...jeeles tgk ude menten je even dah anak 2 huhu

actually bukan salah nasi.. salah beras..beras yg kita makan adalah refined grain..iaitu beras yg dah almost takde zat..dikategorikan sebagai simple carb..kalau nak kurus bukan kurangkan carb.. tapi makan beras perang..

karbohidrat tu macam minyak kalau kat kereta..bayangkan macam mana kereta nak jalan kalau minyak takde? macam mana badan nak sihat kalau karbohidrat takde? jgn sampai sakit..

sedap tu x sesedap beras biasa.dah penah makan masa peknen si kenit sbb doktor kata sy kencing manis.makan beras tu kalau letak kuah tak melekat pun.tu pasal x berapa sedap..yg tak sedap tu lebih elok.hehe
