glukose leVel

i recently had a blood test for sugar content

and the glucose level was 8.1!

alaaaammaaaak!yess i have a family history of diabetes

perhaps glucose level tinggi sebab malam tu ada makan ubat
(mode : sedapkan hati)..lgpun malam dok bedal air oren.

pg dok bedal teh
patutnya kena fasting before amek test

coz fasting allows the test to measure a baseline glucose level

 but i should jaga2 jugak...cuak pulak tgk glukose level dah 8.1

after a month nak test sekali lglaa..tgk mcm mana

tp tetap kene control la pasni..x leh minum air manes2

kat rumah ni kalau x de sunquick memang x sah huhu

pasni kene minum air kosong jela huhu =p
bak kata PM..kurangkan gula hehe

ni antara symptoms diabetes

blurry vision,numbness ,slow-healing wounds,

recurrent yeast infections and dry sKin
so guys, kalau notice any of the above signs, get tested OK!
