tanpa dapat dikesan
hari2 dok tgk awani..mengharapkan gud news

mula2 terasa cam sedih
tp lama2 terasa something wrong somewhere
bila info dah byk sgt...ada yg bercanggah
n mulelaa negara luar pertikai malaysia

yg lg sedey..bila ramai yg still nak berpolitik

tomorrow will be 3 weeks of my diet..

so total lost till today is 4.7 kg....alhamdulillah

dr 68.5 -67.7 ...only 800 g huhu...banyak cheat ok

why i choose AD? coz i want to control my sugar level
now my sugar level is 5.2....alhamdulillah
before ni kdg 7...kdg 8...so i think this is the best way to control my sugar
and of kos can reduce my weight also!
