atkins diet

atkins diet..do you know what is atkins diet?

explain dgn mudahnye...diet without carbs..
yes actually i ord knew about this diet long time ago
but i feel like...boleh ke x makan nasi??
ohhh nooo...of kos x boleh...sampailaa
a few weeks before, my kazen invite me to like a page
mariana othman ~ my journey...
ohh myyy i was very impressed with her!
she lost 40kg within 7 months!
kat page tu byk advices dr dia...so mcm tibe2 ditiup semangat haha
so i read the e book  and started the diet
as for now i was on diet for 6 days, and i lost 2 kg!!
wowwww amazing yeaaa??? for me la....syukur alhamdulillah

yeaa.. i know that many people disagree wit this diet
but i have my own opinions..setelah rujuk here and there
 bukanla nak amalkan selamanya...masih percubaan..
mayb 2-3 weeks...and dun worry..i will check my kesihatan..
my BP..my cholestrol and also gula...hihi

yg sgt x percayenye....x rasa lapar beb!
seyes...i can't believe that i won't feel hungry without eating rice
main menu : telur ayam ikan...sayur kdg2..
no fruits for 2 weeks...juz 2 weeks ok...dun worry hahaaa

oklaa..ckp byk pun x guna...juz try for this 2 weeks
and see the result orait?

moga berjaya.. akak okjer tak makan nasi ... masalahnyer akak pantang nampak makanan.. asyik nak kunyahjer.. esp duk rumah.. kat opis okjer...

Kakak really respect those who can achieve the target and kakak believe you can do it!

As for kakak never try before as what you said kakak need rice to fill the stomach then only feel comfortable haha...

honestly.. aku tak setuju dengan diet low carb.. orang kata bukan selamanya tak makan nasi..

thats the problem..

once orang back to normal eating habit..berat ada potensi nak balik asal semula.. atau worse..

the best way untuk manage berat adalah dengan create good habit thru healthy balance diet..

orang mmg teruja baca.. turun 10kilo sebulan..the fact.. problem orang zaman sekarang bukan nak turunkan berat badan..tapi nak maintain berat badan..well.. its a personal decision..

so aku bukan nak kondem ke apa.. apa pun..aku nak wish semoga berjaya..

Dulu pun i tried for better skin, no carbs, mmg tak lapar, inshaAllah boleh
